Hayley Jackson
General Manager
A qualified Chartered Accountant with a strong background in business and finance, Hayley is responsible for running our day-to-day operations. After spending five years in the refrigeration industry, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience which constantly helps to drive us forward.
Tony Grayson
Head of Service & Maintenance
After gaining more than 30 years’ experience in all aspects of refrigeration, Tony is an installation and maintenance expert. He is an industrial refrigeration specialist, particularly in the use of ammonia, and also boasts over a decade of managerial know how. He first qualified as a refrigeration engineer following a successful apprenticeship and worked oversees, installing and commissioning refrigeration plant and equipment.
Tom Marshall
Head of Technical & Projects
Tom boasts 20 years’ industry experience and has successfully achieved a BSc Degree in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, having first started his commercial refrigeration career as an apprentice engineer at 17. After many years of working on his tools and in design-based roles, Tom has a sound understanding of the design, maintenance and optimisation of refrigeration systems.
